My Culinary Journey

Chef Jill obtained her Associate Degree in Applied Science in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu.

Since 2009, Chef Jill has been cooking for Delaware families. With a keen eye on dietary restrictions and food goals, she advises each client individually, teaching and guiding as part of the process.

 

My Services

As a personal chef, I offer a range of services, including meal planning, in-home cooking, and catering. I work closely with my clients to create customized menus tailored to their tastes and preferences. Whether you need a week's worth of meals or a special dinner party, I've got you covered.

    Seasonal & Specials

    These items are available in quantities suitable for your personal needs. Daily Dish meals are single-portioned size, perfect for lunch boxes or quick dinners. Trays offer enjoy 5-6 portions of a single entrée and offer clients an economical option to feed larger families or groups! Trays are freezer and oven-ready.

    Teriyaki Salmon and Veggies

    Sweet and glazy, this salmon is the best balance of salt and savory. Served on a bed of sesame-flecked rice and Asian blend veggies. 

    Buffalo Chicken & Grits

    A 4 oz. boneless chicken breast marinated in herb and spice, pan-seared and tossed in medium-heat Buffalo sauce. Served over cheddar and chive-studded creamy grits. 

    Turkey Chops and Apples

    Jill’s trademark brined turkey carved into chops and served with cinnamon apples and sweet peas.  

    Pesto Gnocchi and Veggies

    Potato pasta tossed in walnut and Romano pesto, with California blend veggies stirred in.

    Toltott Koposzta

    A Chef Jill family specialty she is proud to share with her clients! Cabbage rolled around a ground pork, minced onion, and paprika mixture, slow-simmered in shallot and tomato gravy. 

    Homestyle Paella

    Long grain rice flavored with saffron and tomato surrounds winter vegetables, vegan chicken substitute, and fresh herbs. Comforting and perfect for chilly winters. (Available with cauliflower rice for an additional $1 per individual serving or $4 per tray.)


    Sides

    Flavorful side dishes, perfectly seasoned to accompany any meal or stand alone. Serves 2-3.

    THE ED CLAUSE

    When I met my husband, he was vegan by choice. It always disappointed me that there was either a lack of options for him or he was judged for his preferences. In his honor, I created "The Ed Clause." I promise that plant-based substitutes will never cost you more, even If I lose money. Because eating the way you want or need to should not cost you an arm and a leg.
